Administrative Support – Electronic and hardcopy filing, billing assistance, and general practice support. Team Support – Provide broader assistance to other litigators in the team as needed. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation (Wills & Estates experience highly regarded). Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and polished document presentation skills. Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner. Someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a boutique team environment. A team player who values culture, collaboration, and long-term growth. What’s in It for You: Full-time role | 8:30am – 5:30pm. Work directly alongside a highly respected and personable Director.
